On July 1, 2026, the Rotary Club of Loyola Heights launched "Operation: Tuli Mo, Sagot Ko" in Barangay Masambong, marking a purposeful start to the Rotary year. This circumcision project, conducted in partnership with Rotaractors of RAC PSBA-Jaguars and local volunteers, aimed to promote disease prevention and hygiene among young boys in the community. By providing safe and accessible circumcision services, the project addressed a critical health need, reducing risks of infections and promoting better hygiene practices. The initiative embodied Rotary’s motto, "Service Above Self," by prioritizing community welfare over ceremony. It brought care, compassion, and hope to families, reinforcing the club’s commitment to impactful service. Leadership was demonstrated through action, as members worked together to create a healthier environment for the youth. This project not only improved immediate health outcomes but also laid the foundation for ongoing community education on hygiene and disease prevention. "Operation: Tuli Mo, Sagot Ko" exemplifies how meaningful service can foster stronger partnerships and lasting community impact.

Community Assessment Barangay Masambong is a community with young boys who face limited access to safe circumcision services, which are essential for hygiene and disease prevention. Families often lack resources or knowledge about proper health practices related to this procedure. The community’s health infrastructure benefits from targeted interventions that promote safe medical practices and hygiene education.

Project Impact and Significance The project significantly reduced health risks associated with unsafe circumcision practices by providing professional medical services. It enhanced awareness of hygiene and disease prevention among children and their families, contributing to improved public health. The initiative strengthened community trust in healthcare services and demonstrated Rotary’s role in addressing grassroots health challenges.
