“Service Above Self” takes on profound meaning when we extend our hands and resources to uplift the lives of those in need.
On September 7, 2026, the Rotary Club of Loyola Heights brought Wheels of Hope to St. Irenaeus Medical Center, Brgy. Igulot, Bocaue, Bulacan, by donating two (2) wheelchairs and meaningful engagement with our healthcare stakeholders.
This initiative embodies the spirit of Rotary Community Service, specifically aligned with the area of Fighting Disease. By providing mobility aids, we directly improve the health and well-being of individuals facing mobility challenges; enabling them to regain independence and dignity.
A wheelchair may seem like a simple mobility aid, but for those who rely on it, it represents accessibility, freedom, and the ability to continue life’s journey with renewed hope.
Through this project, we demonstrate that community service is about more than giving—it is about restoring possibilities, creating hope, and moving lives forward.
Today, we don’t simply give wheels. We give mobility. We restore dignity. We create hope. And we empower our community—one journey at a time.
